That’s why I invited Steffen Pröhl for this interview. He is Managing Director and Head Consultant at PROEHL automation GmbH & Co. KG, based in Dresden. He has many years of experience in helping production companies optimize their planning systems. In this interview, he shares valuable tips on defining requirements if you are about to introduce an MES.
